Germany 10-y Bond Auction declined to 1.05% from previous 1.08%

German Chancellor Angela Merkel said in a speech at the Bundestag that the the Eurozone is still fragile and that it is crucial for Member States to adhere to common rules and continue implementing the necessary structural reforms to support the economic recovery.
