After a brief raid bellow the 1.5000 frontier to reach the lowest level since July 2010 at 1.4985, the GBP/USD recovered the 1.50 position to return to the previous range between 1.5010 and 1.5045. Currently the pair is testing the bottom of the range at 1.5015.
The GBP/USD is trading 1.0% negative on the day. MACD, CCI and Momentum indicators are bearish in the 1-hour time frame. ICN.com analysts point to supports at 1.5000, followed by 1.4980, and ultimately 1.4965. On the ascension, resistances will trigger if the exchange breaches the 1.5080 mark, then 1.5100 level, and finally 1.5130.
