Senior Gulf OPEC sources: Saudi Arabia told OPEC experts' meeting production “could rise, not that it will rise”

According to senior OPEC sources quoted by Reuters, all producers -including Saudi Arabia and Gulf OPEC members- could raise output if there is no agreement.
