Analysts at Nomura offered their outlook for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 161 pips lower than the previous fix (6.6418 from 6.6579) and 227 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.6645. The basket implied change is 314 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.6331 from 6.6645)."
